On Saturday, June 14th, 2008, Moo Duk Kwan Martial Arts LLC hosted its first Black Belt test on the floor of the new school.

Nine long-time students participated in a grueling 9-hour exam and everyone came out relatively unscathed in the end. We now have some very excited new First Degree Black Belts within the Tae Kwon Do M
oo Duk Kwan USA association!

Black Belts from all over came to support the students throughout their exam, including Master Blair's instructor Grand Master Eugene Perceval. At the end of the test, Grand Master Perceval spoke to the Black Belts about his own history in the martial arts and then everyone was honored to be present as he announced that Master Blair has been promoted to 8th Dan!

Congratulations to Master Blair and all of the new Black Belts!
