Moo Duk Kwan Martial Arts is happy to announce the addition of a Sunday morning Tai Chi class to the schedule.

You do need Tai Chi in your life. The health benefits of Tai Chi include:

Adults of all ages are welcome to attend Tai Chi classes.

Clases are held on Sunday mornings from 8:00am until 9:00am and are taught by Sensei Arthur Citron. The cost is $10 per class, due upon arrival.
