Haidong Gumdo is an ancient Korean sword art particularly focusing on enhancing control of our inner self. This sword art does not require advanced athletic prowess, yet develops balance, coordination and focus. These skills carry over into your daily life resulting in a more peaceful, confident co-existence with the world. Advanced techniques include bamboo and straw cutting.
All Styles of Martial Arts--All Competitors Welcomed! Come out and support your favorite Martial Artist as they compete in Forms, Sparring and Weapons! Cheer on last year’s Grand Champions as they defend their titles! Make it a weekend trip and visit the beach!
